Nilai 9th February 2023 –Legal Officer plays an important role in an organisation. He/she acts as the frontliner to ensure that legal affairs of the organisation are handled appropriately and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
The duties of a Legal Officer are broad including providing legal opinions on a wide range of issues and conducting negotiations with various parties.
Therefore, this course was held to equip JUU’s Legal Officers with the necessary skill sets and competency to meet their functional and operational needs especially in communication when serving JUU’s stakeholders from various range of groups including top management, outsiders, heads of departments, colleagues, students and many others.
The course was conducted by Puan Norhazlina binti Hamdan@Adnan, who is a lawyer and also a speaker specialized in self-development and self-empowerment trainings.
It is hoped that this insightful course will improve the interpersonal communication skills among JUU Legal Officers while carrying out their duties and dealing with department’s stakeholders.
